The International Motorbike Racing (formerly known as MotoGP) is the world's number one speed sport tournament in motorcycle racing held at asphalt races. The individual motor racing has been around since the beginning of the 20th century and the largest of which are called the Grand Prix, the Foundation founded to run the international motor racing tournaments is the Federation. International moto racing, abbreviated as FIM in 1949 agreed the rules and organized the first round-the-world MotoGP race, the official name in English as the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix. It is the oldest racing world championship in the world.

The championship is currently divided into four formats: Moto Grand Prix (MotoGP), Moto2 (replaces 250cc formula), Moto3 (replaces 125cc formula) and MotoE. The first three grades use a four-stroke engine, while the MotoE class (new 2019) uses an electric motor. The MotoGP 2019 season includes 19 Grands Prix, with 12 being held in Europe, three in Asia, two in the Americas and one in Australia and the Middle East.
